2018 was a year of great change for me, as it seemed for so many of us. But when some doors close, there are other doors that open. Sometimes it’s more like a leap of faith… where we are called to tap into our courageous center and ‘go for it’.

I’m packing up and following a longtime dream of opening a clinic in a facility in North Carolina, that addresses mind, body and spirit. I will be with my co-dreamer, my BFF, my sister in spirit, Michelle… in her brand spanking new Raise the Bar Therapy wellness center.

Here’s to a New Year filled with great success… as we roll up our sleeves and dig into the work of creating a beautiful place of healing! We ask for prayers.
