I have also been an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for over twenty five years, specializing in Geriatric therapy, while working for patients in their homes, hospitals, outpatient, subacute and nursing facilities.

By implementing massage, exercise, and lifestyle changes, I have enabled many of my patients and clients to begin and follow through with a more pain free, balanced, and functional way of life.
