Guided Imagery
Guided imagery, or visualization, is a technique to help clients focus on mental images in order to evoke feelings of relaxation using a mind-body connection. Guided imagery can be done alone or can be partnered with massage for a deepened level of relaxation and breathing. It is used to help treat:
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Anger Management
- Sleep Disorders
- Eating Disorders
